My recent visit was great - I had appointments with both my consultant and physical therapist.
I felt at all times listened to, and all questions were taken seriously and answered fully.
Incredible service- excellent communication and everything ran incredibly smoothly when I arrived. I was helped as soon as possible and treated very well. Thank you!
I was really impressed with the quality of care and professionalism shown by all members of the HCA team I dealt with but particularly my surgeon Mr Tavakkolizadeh. We had a chat before the surgery where he laid out the options, risks and how things should happen on the day, plus the recovery process. On the day of surgery, he came to see me before and after the surgery to make sure everything was ok and to explain what I needed to do next in terms of movement, pain relief and follow up appointments. We even did a Zoom call whilst I was on holiday so I could keep to my 2 week post surgery check up. The surgery has been a great success, I have full range of movement back and have now started a more structured physio course. I would also like to thank the secretaries who have kept me updated and informed through out the process and sent out all the correspondence in a timely manner which really helped with claiming via my BUPA cover.
I had an extremely positive experience with Mr Tavakkolizadeh, his medical team, and his secretaries for my recent carpal tunnel surgery. From the initial consultation through to the procedure and follow-up, he handled everything efficiently, professionally, and with great care; as did the other teams. I would highly recommend Mr Tavakkolizadeh, as well as London Bridge Hospital and HCA UK at the Shard to anyone considering carpal tunnel surgery.
My experience at the shad was extremely professional and the Doctor explained every thing he was going to do. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.
I have seen Mr Gidwani on several occasions. The last was as good as all the others. The purpose of the visit was for him to check my post-wrist operation progress, and he confirmed that I am making good progress. He answered all my questions. He has a very friendly, but totally professional manner.
