Staff were all very friendly and professional and I was kept well informed throughout the morning.
Excellent place, clean and organised, efficient process, i was discharged home by lunchtime
My follow up visit post surgery again was very good and very reassuring in terms of the outcome of the surgery
Very smooth journey from getting there to going down to theatre to going back up after coming out of anaesthesia
Whilst the theatre and recovery experience was excellent, the ward experience was poor. I was admitted to a cubicle space with shared facilities, there was an extremely uncomfortable chair and an equally uncomfortable trolley - no bed. There was no privacy, I could hear every conversation in the area. The housekeeping and nursing care was cursory at best. I am a registered nurse who has been to 3 different private hospitals for this procedure. I have always had my own room, my own bathroom and the nursing care has not been dependent on me pressing a call bell. There was a fire door behind me which banged very loudly every 10-15 minutes meaning that I got no rest post-procedure.

I was expecting a private room even for a short day case. The nursing staff were excellent.
