About Dr Moiz Moghal
Dr Moiz Moghal is a renowned and respected Consultant in Sport, Excercise and Musculoskeletal Medicine. He helps patients suffering from a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and . Alongside his private practice, Dr Moghal has been a Consultant for the English Institute of Sport where he has worked as the Chief Medical Officer for GB and England Hockey and as Sports Physician with British Gymnastics. He travelled with these sports to the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympics Games. He has previously been the Lead Physician with the England Senior Men's Cricket Team. He currently is tournament physician for the Queen's Club and Wimbledon Tennis Champioships and is a Medical Advisor to the Royal Ballet. During his career, his expertise has seen him being appointed to role with Paralympics GB, British Athletics and Premiership Football.
Dr Moghal began his career at the University of Sheffield with a Medical Degree in 2002 before completing basic medical rotations across London and completed General Practice training in 2011. Following this, he completed his specialist training at the Oxford Deanery. He was awarded a Masters Degree in Sport, Exercise and Health from University College London in 2014 and became a Fellow of the Faculty of Sport and Excercise Medicine in 2015. He was previously an examiner for the University of Bath and is a Professional Member of the British Association of Sport and Excercise Medicine

Met me at the reception desk and was very professional but friendly. He was very thorough in questioning regarding my symptoms and in my examination. Everything was explained about going forward. I was seen quickly and an MRI was arranged within a few days.
Dr Moghal contacted me out of hours as he didn’t have any scheduled appointments free prior to going on holiday for 2 weeks. He gave me the results of my MRI scan and explained very clearly the next steps I should take.
Very welcoming and felt listened to. Everything explained in simple terms. All appointments promptly.
Dr Moghal adapted further test arrangements to account for my location and previous treatments. The diagnosis was clear and sensible and he has given me a timeline within which I should see progress. Clear, sensible, unambiguous and answered all my questions. Very much recommend him.
