Really can't fault the Duchy! Every member of staff I encountered was cheerful and friendly. Professional approach and happy atmosphere throughout, from Reception to operating theatre.
The waiting room was very busy and not enough seats for the amount of people that were there at the time we had to sit at an end of a bench that was uncomfortable with my problem We moved when other seats came available The staff at reception and when we went to pay were very good indeed and made us feel welcome
