The Duchy Hospital is easy to access with good parking for patients. The Reception staff were helpful and friendly, and were aware of my appointment with the Consultant. My appointment took place at the time specified, and I received a letter from the Consultant later the same day, setting out his observations and the next steps. The efficiency of the whole process was as relaxing as a hospital appointment could be!
All of the staff there are wecoming, friendly and professional. They really know how to look after you. Cannot rate highly enough. 12/10 :-)
Perfect. Every one was really pleasant and I was seen on time.
The doctor was running late - that possibility had been stated beforehand as the doctor gives as much time as needed for each patient - I certainly didn’t mind.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I checked in and I was seen on time .
The staff were very helpful and my appointment was spot on with time.
