From the first moment of meeting at the initial consultation, Steven put my 93 year old father at complete ease with the quality of his manner, the explanation of what he was proposing in everyday speak, the thoroughness of assessment using a variety of instruments and the confidence he instilled with his overall manner. It was very evident to us in all that he did that we were meeting a highly experienced and skilled clinician at the very top of his game. The operation and follow up meeting only acted to confirm all of this. The removal of two cataracts in the one day was done so calmly that it took little or nothing out of dad. The improvement was obvious within a day as dad commented on the clarity of vision watching the snooker!
