His explanations of all aspects of my treatment were straight forward and very understandable, he has always been clear and unambiguous with is answers to any questions I might have and he has a very effective competent and helpful support team. Most importantly he listen ed to me and understood my concerns and dealt with them directly in a logical and informative manner.

Bim listened to my long ongoing medical problem and was able very quickly to help me get everything much more under control and to feel much better than I had in months.
