I was treated very well at the Spire, all the staff from the reception staff, the treatment staff ie CT scan, Cystoscopy, ultrasound, Mr Samov was very supportive, gave me very good advice do much so my symptoms are better from me using the advice he gave me, he has reffered me for another unrelated condition back to the NHS for which I have received an appt already, I cant thank Mr Samov enough for the difference he has made to my daily life

I found the whole experience to be reassuring and empathetic. I was not looking forward to it at all but Mr Somov was patient and understanding, making what was not a great experience into a bearable situation. Recovery was good and any further checks were dealt with appropriately.
