Very professional and supportive

Mr Tamer El-Husseiny, throughout my consultation period has been very professional, he re-assured me throughout the period on all aspects of the procedures that I was going to go through. It instilled a lot of confidence in me, knowing that i was being treated and managed by a very good consultant.

Mr Gkougkousis showed great understanding with regards to my condition. He explained thoroughly all the available treatment options and reassured me that he will be available to discuss further steps.

I was quite concerned about what my symptoms were being caused by before seeing Dr Patki, but after the initial consultation I felt reassured by his friendly and knowledgeable manner that my health was in good hands.

The rating for 'explanation' was because I would have liked more detail about the procedure and post operative probabilities. I realise that not all patients wish to know these things.
