Extremely professional, kind and attentive. Patiently listened to my symptoms, etc and then moved on to assessing. Then referred me for further tests to gain the full picture. One that was done he promptly called me to explain results. He also helped immediately when the insurance company needed further information.

I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

He gave me a wide and detailed explanation of my health situation and many other tips to improve it thanks to his vast professional experience. He has shown me a kindness that I can't find adequate words to thank him for. I recommend anyone with heart problems to consult this distinguished cardiologist for appropriate resolution.

Dr Amaral was excellent, he made us at ease, asked if I knew why I was there, fully explained everthing, and gave full details of future tests and possible treatment. he answered all our questions fully and in language we understood.. a very positive experience, a very nice and friendly doctor.
