Dr George was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. In my experience, It is very rare that you come across a consultant that genuinely wants to help and not put finance at the forefront of conversation. He was very personable and gave me all the reassurance I needed. I was honestly taken back at how kind and genuine Dr George was.

Having being referred to Dr Oliver Dale to help with Chronic Sinusitis, that has been plagued for many years, Dr Dale treated this condition and I could not be happier with the service and operation to resolve. From the initial consultations to investigate, scans and finally recommendation of endoscopy and other operative treatments in surgery , I was made to feel at ease and informed throughout the whole process. I find Mr. Moore extremely reassuring. He listens to what I have to say and I don't feel rushed. He is patient and explains procedures, etc very well. I feel he has taken time to review my notes, test results and history and therefore I have complete confidence in him.

I had cholesteatoma surgery and Dr Xie made sure that all my questions were answered. She is patient and kind and very welcoming. My mum always has lots of questions at every appointment we have and she has always been able to answer, we never felt rushed. A very lovely lady and always ready to help with questions.
