From beginning with Dr Rachel Jones in May last year to date, my experience has been completely positive. In my first session I was feeling completely overwhelmed by my menopausal symptoms and had lost myself. Dr Jones listens to all you have to say and completely gets it. I have gone from strength to strength and I get more of me back each day. Dr Nasr listened very carefully to what I had to say and diagnosed my condition accurately... There after he wrote to my GP regarding my medication and condition... He put me on CBT therapy with Anna Vreede who was excellent... She was warm, friendly and approachable, she lifted my mood and I looked forward to our meetings, which set me on a road to recovery.

Mrs Sukhjit has been very friendly and. helpful guiding me on a path to happiness. I started with a very severe binge eating disorder because I was struggling to cope in life. I turned to food to help me ease the pain I was feeling but this was an unhealthy and only temporary comfort. Since then I am slowly getting better, I feel more in control of the way I cope with my emotions. I am now able to fine other ways to comfort myself that are more healthy and help to better my overall self.
