I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.

Had bad back pain, which Ramesh quickly identified as a slipped disc. Super friendly, understanding and importantly knowledgeable!! Was given the correct medication to relieve the pain while i was referred for a MRI and CT injection. Top quality consultant who acted super efficiently.

I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). Erin Lahay is the first physiotherapist who was able to truly help me with my back pain. I came to her with chronic back pain, a history of multiple failed attempts to address it, and very low morale. A few months later, I am almost pain-free. She demonstrated deep care for me as her patient, always coming up with new suggestions and actionable next steps in my treatment. I feel extremely lucky that I found Erin, it is life-changing what she did for me.
