I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). A pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend

I had an excellent experience with KT. She is knowledgeable and thoughtful about my suffering. I was feeling so relaxed just after my first session with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from back pain ( slipped disc).

Dr Ayushi is wonderful. She helped me recover from a leg injury quicker than I'd expected it would take. She is patient, great at explaining what's wrong and why she's doing things.

I had such a positive experience, learning a lot about where I have areas to improve, and how to tackle these whilst being mindful of the rest of my ongoing training plan and injury history. I’m really excited to put the work in and be able to go back to track improvement in a follow up appointment.

I'm so grateful for the support and guidance I've had from Erin for the past 8 months since I tore my ACL + meniscus. I seen Erin for prehab for ACL + meniscus surgery in London, ensuring my knee and leg were as strong as possible and giving me the best chance the other side of surgery. I've continued to see Erin since my surgery for 6 months now and I've had nothing but the best treatment. Erin pays close attention to any niggles or worries I might have and explains the foreign world of anatomy to me so clearly so that I understand what is going on and why. She also has a great understanding of the demands of my sport when considering rehab and return to sport, what I need. It's a long recovery that focuses on different parts of the knee/leg to get strong such as hamstring, quad, calf, glutes! There's a lot to work on and Erin makes it feel less daunting. Erin sets me clear yet realistic goals and shares my motivation for recovery and all the small milestones along the way! Erin's support, attitude, professionalism, energy make going to physio rewarding and motivating. I fully trust Erin with my rehab and recovery.
