As an NHS patient, Mr Tibrewal worked hard to allow me to be treated at Nuffield Health in Brentwood so that my surgery could take place after being on the waiting list 17 months for ACL reconstruction - a surgery I had needed after injuring myself in 2020. Mr Tibrewal explained every detail thoroughly & answered my many questions without hesitation. I am now 7 weeks post op & I’m very happy with the successful outcome of the surgery. I went to Mr Osama Aweid with knee pain and he listened to me carefully. He then explained all the options that were available in detail, including a knee replacement surgery. When I chose to have the surgery he was very supportive. The operation went very well and my recovery was very good. He is an excellent person as well as an excellent consultant. I can’t recommend Mr Trikha enough to anyone planning surgery for Torn cartilage in the knee joint including meniscal tear or any other surgery for that matter. I was apprehensive as this was my first ever surgery but he reassured me and thoroughly explained the procedure and outcome which made me feel at ease. It’s been two weeks now since my surgery and my knee feels amazing and I can’t thank Mr Trikha enough - you are a super star in my eyes.

Gus treated me for a case of Achilles Tendinopathy, and some anterior shin splints. I had been struggling to run comfortably for almost a year when I started seeing Gus. After an initial hands on assessment Gus proceeded to make a plan that included dry needling, massage, strength and plyometrics. Within about 8-10 weeks I was running without pain and continued to see Gus for support while building my training back up to pre-injury levels. I am now running weekly half marathons pain free.

Dr Ayushi is wonderful. She helped me recover from a leg injury quicker than I'd expected it would take. She is patient, great at explaining what's wrong and why she's doing things.

I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.

Dr Khakha has an excellent manner and I would recommend him to anyone.
