I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.

Owen is an amazing practitioner with a great professional manner. He always shows genuine care for the issues you may be facing and is happy to provide as much help as possible even for things that may suddenly emerge during the week. He has equipped me with invaluable knowledge which I use daily to reduce symptoms and prevent injury, I consider these things truly priceless and important for my own wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around me whom I like to support too. Owen is also someone who is calm and puts you at ease during your sessions, he is easy to talk to and I’ve had countless laughs and always enjoy visiting him. He is also happy to go at your pace if you prefer to have more of a treatment session or want to perform exercises which I really like, it means you can truly tailor your experience to your needs and has always been just the right help I needed at that time.

Owen is a fantastic Sports Rehabilitation Therapist, who I have the pleasure of working with.
