As an NHS patient, Mr Tibrewal worked hard to allow me to be treated at Nuffield Health in Brentwood so that my surgery could take place after being on the waiting list 17 months for ACL reconstruction - a surgery I had needed after injuring myself in 2020. Mr Tibrewal explained every detail thoroughly & answered my many questions without hesitation. I am now 7 weeks post op & I’m very happy with the successful outcome of the surgery. I went to Mr Osama Aweid with knee pain and he listened to me carefully. He then explained all the options that were available in detail, including a knee replacement surgery. When I chose to have the surgery he was very supportive. The operation went very well and my recovery was very good. He is an excellent person as well as an excellent consultant. I can’t recommend Mr Trikha enough to anyone planning surgery for Torn cartilage in the knee joint including meniscal tear or any other surgery for that matter. I was apprehensive as this was my first ever surgery but he reassured me and thoroughly explained the procedure and outcome which made me feel at ease. Gus treated me for a case of Achilles Tendinopathy, and some anterior shin splints. I had been struggling to run comfortably for almost a year when I started seeing Gus. After an initial hands on assessment Gus proceeded to make a plan that included dry needling, massage, strength and plyometrics. Within about 8-10 weeks I was running without pain and continued to see Gus for support while building my training back up to pre-injury levels. I am now running weekly half marathons pain free.

Dr Khakha has an excellent manner and I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent all round

I cannot thank Daniel enough, being a runner who has suffered with shin splints for years I never thought a) I would be rid of the dreaded pain, or b)I'd ever be able to train to run a marathon. However Daniel's skills and knowledge changed this, he built my confidence as a runner and helped me to believe hard things are possible. Being able to run distances of 32km pain free meant everything to me. It is clear that Daniel is passionate about restoring his clients to performance. He is patient in his approach and is very client centred. I would highly recommend his services.

Dr. Mughal was extremely knowledgable and understanding. A good communicator, he really helped me understand the detail of my knee problem. I appreciated his talk-through of the ultrasound scan as it was being done.
