Dr Trikha has been looking after my knee since 2023 when I had an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair. He did a fabulous job and I was able to go back to impact sports like nothing happened. .Dr Trikha is always so positive and understands how important it is for me to stay active and advises me accordingly. It was a bit of luck for me to find him three years ago and I feel very lucky that I can turn to him whenever my knee plays up. He is very clear and straightforward in his explanations. He tells you exactly what to expect. I cannot recommend Dr. Trikha enough!
I injured my knee in March 2026, and through my insurance company I was referred to Mr Trikha. He saw me just one week after my accident and immediately arranged an MRI, which confirmed that I needed an ACL reconstruction. As my MCL and meniscus had also been injured, he advised waiting six weeks to allow them to heal before surgery. Given my age and personal circumstances, he recommended using a donor graft rather than taking one from my own body. It was absolutely the right advice. I had my surgery on 14th May, and just two months later I have a tiny, barely visible scar, full range of movement, and only minimal swelling. The procedure was impeccable, and my recovery has exceeded my expectations. What I appreciated most was the time Mr Trikha took to explain everything. Before the operation, he clearly outlined the procedure, the risks, the possible outcomes, and the different treatment options, tailoring his recommendations to my personal circumstances. At my post-operative appointment, he explained in detail exactly what had been done during the surgery and even showed me photographs of my new ligament. It was amazing to see the work he had done to repair my knee. Mr Trikha is an exceptional surgeon who combines outstanding technical expertise with genuine care for his patients. I felt informed, reassured, and confident throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing knee surgery.
Mr Trikha and his team have provided me with exemplary care throughout my meniscus tear treatment and surgery. They have made it possible for me to return to my profession as a stunt performer and get back to performing to the high levels required
This is your man if you have a knee problem. I highly recommend him and the whole of the Nuffield Hospital experience
Haven’t suffered with chronic arthritis in my knee for many years, I decided to see an orthopaedic surgeon for advice. Haven’t underwent all the required imaging tests which revealed I required a TKR, I began my search for an orthopaedic surgeon that I could feel comfortable with but importantly someone who would listen to my concerns. I’m so truly honoured and grateful I found Mr Paul Trikha. From the first consultation, I felt completely at ease and I was confident I was going to be in good hands. The surgery is not easy and the first few weeks are very difficult but Paul has been very encouraging and providing the reassurance I need through all the highs and lows . I am 7 weeks post surgery and although I still have a long way to go before I get back to my fitness regime, Paul has shown incredible faith in me that things will improve and reassured me that the surgery was a total success. I sincerely cannot thank Paul highly enough for the care and professionalism he has shown me all the way and his last comment before being discharged that ‘I’m his patient for life’ speaks volumes of not only his craft and expertise but the man himself. From the bottom I’ve my heart, I would recommend Paul to anyone contemplating knee surgery
I had ACL allograph and meniscus repair and doing very well. 6 weeks later pretty much 90% there. Brilliant care by Dr Trekha.
Mr Trikha has been exceptional throughout my treatment, he has explained the process clearly and the surgery and after care have been excellent. My surgery has been a huge success, I am significantly ahead in where i should be in the recovery with is undoubtably due to duty and care given.
Mr Trikha was very helpful and keen to understand my issues. He quickly and efficiently organised the necessary scans, was clear and honest about the treatment options and the relative benefits and risks of each option. My operation was conducted professionally with good follow-up and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Mr Trikha.
After undergoing a complicated knee surgery, I was naturally a bit anxious about the recovery process. However, my most recent follow-up visit completely reassured me. Mr Trikha has been incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain every detail of my progress, answered all of my questions with patience, and set up a fantastic recovery plan that has me feeling stronger each day.
Very happy with my visit. He was very happy with my progress. He checked my knee and was satisfied with the range of movement at this stage of my recovery.
I’m lucky enough to have been trained by and now work alongside Mr Paul Trikha. He is exceptional. I would be happy to let him operate on my friends and family, knowing they were receiving the best care.
