Mr Tyler Hands is an Osteopath and Performance Coach at the following clinics;

Tyler Graduated in 2013 from the now University College of Osteopathy and has since helped thousands of patients in various clinics around London, Essex and Surrey. He has worked with a broad array of patients ranging from Athletes to expectant mothers and new-borns, to working professionals and the elderly. He regularly undertakes Continuous Professional Development to enhance his skills inclusive of Ergonomics, Personal Training, Nutrition and Coaching, alongside more traditional Osteopathic techniques like joint manipulation and cranial/visceral techniques. This gives a unique well rounded approach to helping his patients.

Tyler enjoys building patient rapport in order to understand the journey that has led them to visit, lay a frame work to achieve their goals and help to bring out their full potential. A keen martial artist and obstacle race runner, Tyler is always working on himself to improve.
