Ms Marta Vacca

Marta Vacca is a Registered Osteopath at Brixton Therapy Centre with a holistic and patient-focused approach to care. She originally trained at the prestigious International College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM) in Milan, completing five years of study and over 1,300 hours in the college clinic. After receiving her Diploma in Osteopathy (D.O.), Marta moved to the UK, where she earned her MSc in Osteopathy from North East Surrey College of Technology (NESCOT). She is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council.

Marta draws from a wide range of techniques to support her patients' recovery and wellbeing, combining craniosacral, visceral, and functional osteopathy with structural methods. She also incorporates Dry Needling (also known as Medical Acupuncture) to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. Her treatments are always tailored to the individual, aiming not only to alleviate symptoms but also to activate the body’s natural healing processes and address the root causes of discomfort.

Marta has a particular interest in obstetrics and paediatrics, with extensive postgraduate training in areas such as the female pelvis, pelvic pain, gastrointestinal anatomy, and paediatric osteopathic medicine. She treats a wide variety of conditions and patients, including mothers, babies, and individuals experiencing chronic pain, stress-related symptoms, or digestive concerns.
