I have visited Xerxes a few times over the years with lower back problems and I can't rate him highly enough. I generally hobble in doubled over in pain and leave feeling like a new man. I have visited other osteopaths and none come close to his level of care and treatment. I also love Xerxes philosophy of treating in as few visits as necessary, there has never been a need for any follow up sessions, however with experience of other osteopaths they always try to get you back in for another 5 - 10 sessions which can be very costly. I initially found Xerxes after a recommendation and would not hesitate to recommend him for any treatment. Unfortunately I am no longer local to Xerxes otherwise I would have returned long ago for an ongoing wrist problem, will hopefully plan a trip to London soon for a visit!

Mr Xerxes Dalal is by far the best osteopath I have come across and have been going to him on and off for several years whenever required. Over the many years I’ve been going to him he has always managed to relieve the pain using very good techniques. After treatment my structure and posture always feel really renewed and the treatment offers me lasting relief. The acupuncture also really helps dramatically. I would highly recommend him!

Xerxes is a ‘Mr Miyagi’ for me - and everyone I’ve recommended him too feels the same. Been seeing Xerxes for 15 odd years for various ailments/injuries and he never fails to amaze me with his diagnostic skills (particularly where GP’s/Physio’s have failed), his treatment abilities and his bedside manner. Too many examples to leave here but rest assured there have been many times I have walked, on the verge of crawling, into the treatment studio only to leave an hour later almost bouncing down the road. 10 out of 10 from me, every time.

First time visit on Tuesday - over the years when playing football went to loads of osteopaths So think I know a good one. Hadn’t been to one for a number of years and was struggling with an issue in my right shoulder, neck and back and general stiffness . Xerxes was a breath of fresh air - polite professional and explained everything he was doing and described all the ligaments bones tendons and exactly what he was doing. Felt so much better - thank you and will be definitely back for a 6 month MOT
