Your services just didn't seem to work for me. Having used the Priory before I was expecting a better service.

I was apprehensive about rehab re alcohol dependency after a negative experience in a different clinic 5 years ago....but I needn't have worried as soon as I had my assessments with Colin Jones (therapist) and Dr Fafiolu ( Consultant ) I knew I'd made the right choice .I completed my treatment on 25th March It is such a caring ,compassionate,positive and safe environment and you know that every single member of staff wants the best for you and for you to get better. The staff are all absolutely amazing and that includes Consultant, therapists,Holbrook ward team,housekeeping team and kitchen staff oh and not forgetting the admin & reception teams. It felt like my home for the 28 days and the patients and staff like extended family! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Bristol Priory to anyone that needed help with an addiction .

Learn 2 Live offered an exceptional space and approach for my daughter. We were welcomed by a kind, professional team whose experience and expertise was second to none. The location and facilities are very well thought out and allow plenty of opportunities for one to one and group therapy. After the initial assessment, there was lots to consider and plenty of new strategies on offer. As a parent who needed guidance, I immediately felt understood and trusted the options given. As a result of attending the clinic, my daughter has opened up and agreed to long term help. I will be forever grateful.

Situated in a rural area teeming with wonderful wildlife, the building provided privacy and a sense of safety crucial for my recovery. The atmosphere is truly conducive to healing. The staff offered various recreational activities without pressure, fostering a supportive environment. The food was not only delicious but also varied, allowing each person to choose according to their preferences and schedule. The overall experience at The New Life Centre has been truly life-changing in a positive way.
