Dr. Vieira helped us with practical tips and strategies to create a closer connection with our baby built on trust and love through mirroring behaviour and better meetings our daughter’s needs while also focusing on self-care. I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.
