I am sharing my experience in case it helps anyone like myself who has been putting off a neurodiversity assessment despite knowing my entire life that I should get it done.
I consulted Dr Nagpal after struggling with anxiety for almost all my life and she really helped me understand it wasn’t just anxiety or personality disorder as I had been told. I felt heard and validated as she didd a detailed assessment to really understand my experiences rather than just prescribe more medication.
Dr Nagpal supported me with a thorough assessment and treatment while I was struggling through my PhD. I couldn’t have done it without the right treatment had I waited for the NHS waitlist to finally address my ADHD.
I have seen several psychiatrists over the years both in the NHS and privately. I have benefitted from Dr Nagpals approach and openness with discussing issues that I have faced. She takes a comprehensive view with treatment rather than just increasing medication doses and I would definitely recommend her.
Very supportive, she has gone over and beyond to help myself and my wife with my ADHD diagnosis and treatment. Very grateful to Dr Nagpal for helping us.

Dr Nagpal was friendly to speak to regarding the issues I was going through with my sexual life and I regret not consulting her earlier instead of the number of gynaecologists.
