I received treatment from Mrs Pisal and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. During the course of my treatment I visited the three London Gynaecology locations and all were excellent - clean, organised and well equipped. All nurses and sonographers who saw me were brilliant and kind. Karl (Mrs Pisal’s PA) and the rest of the team were very responsive and attentive. I would definitely recommend.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.
