On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?

Alex managed my entire rehabilitation process with exceptional skill. Thanks to his efforts, my shoulder has completely healed, allowing me to even go skiing! Throughout the rehabilitation, Alex closely monitored my progress, customising each session to meet my specific needs. He went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate with my doctors in Belgium, ensuring a cohesive recovery plan. Moreover, Alex always made sure to explain each part of the process to me, making physiotherapy not only beneficial but also enjoyable. I recently saw Mr Khan for patella tendinopathy. From start to finish he was professional and reassuring. He explained the condition and the options available to me, listened to my concerns and ultimately put my mind at ease. I loved the diagrams he drew and how he pointed out the problem on the MRI scan. I came away feeling that really knew what was happening inside my body and what I needed to do to get back on track. Nothing was too much trouble. I have had my injection, am well into my physiotherapy treatment and the knee feels great. Thank you Mr Khan.

I was treated by Mr Richards for a badly broken elbow a year ago. At my first consultation he explained clearly what needed to be done and his manner was cheerful, positive and encouraging. I had never been anaesthetised before and I was very anxious. He reassured me. My follow-up appointments with Mr Richards were very thorough and he recommended a very good physiotherapist. A year on the results of the surgery are excellent. I can straighten and bend my arm normally with no restriction or discomfort. The scar is hardly visible. I highly recommend Mr Richards.
