About Mr Dylan Griffiths
Mr Griffiths is a dedicated shoulder and elbow surgeon treating a full range of shoulder and elbow problems, including major trauma. In the NHS he is based at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, one of London's four major trauma centres.
He also works for the military which has given him a huge amount of major trauma experience. In addition to trauma surgery, he also is experienced in performing arthroscopic and open surgery dependent on the needs of the case, and his background in semi-professional sport gives him a special insight into the treatment of sports injuries.
Mr Griffiths also works at Spire St. Anthonys Hospital where he undertakes his private practice. He has worked with the leading surgeons in the UK to develop extensive expertise in advanced arthroscopic (keyhole) techniques, complex arthroplasty (joint replacements) and trauma.

I would not consider seeing anyone else for my upper limb concerns other than Mr Dylan.
I recently received treatment under the care of Mr Dylan Griffiths, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He took time to listen &, explain my condition clearly, and discuss treatment available. He arranged my procedure in the imaging department. The consultant radiologist Dr George was also excellent, he explained everything clearly & I felt supported and well-informed throughout. Thanks to both for their skill and guidance, I’ve made a fantastic recovery and feel genuinely grateful for the quality of care. I would highly reccomend .
As always Dr Grffiths was very welcoming and spoke to me with genuine interest in my recovery post surgery. Mr Griffiths has always taken the time to explain and questions that I have and I never feel rushed during my appointments
