Mr Williams was able to explain very clearly the options I had. Once I had decided, his reassurance gave me every confidence in him. His response to every queries I had before and after surgery was prompt. He wrote out a recovery plan which was most helpful for the physio and my understanding.

Throughout the rehabilitation, Alex closely monitored my progress, customising each session to meet my specific needs. He went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate with my doctors in Belgium, ensuring a cohesive recovery plan. Moreover, Alex always made sure to explain each part of the process to me, making physiotherapy not only beneficial but also enjoyable. After having been in pain with a shoulder injury for almost 2 years my 1st consultation with Mr Prasad put me at ease straight away. He explained the various options that were available to me for treatment and advised me which in his experience would be best for my situation. He explained in depth at every stage - from consenting to the operations to visiting me before I went down to surgery. My after care was very good - at my 6 week post op visit he showed me the pictures of what he had done and explained them all to me which was as much interesting as informative. He has a very reassuring manner and is very kind and friendly. If I was ever in the situation when I unfortunately need surgery again I would be more than happy to be under his care and I would recommend Mr Prasad to anyone.

I recently saw Mr Khan for patella tendinopathy. From start to finish he was professional and reassuring. He explained the condition and the options available to me, listened to my concerns and ultimately put my mind at ease. I loved the diagrams he drew and how he pointed out the problem on the MRI scan. I came away feeling that really knew what was happening inside my body and what I needed to do to get back on track. Nothing was too much trouble. I have had my injection, am well into my physiotherapy treatment and the knee feels great. Thank you Mr Khan.

Following an xray I was treated immediately, it fixed 90% of the problem and relieved the pain. A follow up appointment fixed the remaining minor issue. I was hoping for a miracle and I was very surprised to get one.

Clearly an expert

I was treated by Mr Richards for a badly broken elbow a year ago. At my first consultation he explained clearly what needed to be done and his manner was cheerful, positive and encouraging. I had never been anaesthetised before and I was very anxious. He reassured me. My follow-up appointments with Mr Richards were very thorough and he recommended a very good physiotherapist. A year on the results of the surgery are excellent. I can straighten and bend my arm normally with no restriction or discomfort. The scar is hardly visible. I highly recommend Mr Richards.

He's super friendly, great at explaining everything, making me feel calm. The surgery went really well with no issues at all, and he has gone out of his way to see me quickly afterwards. Couldn't be happier!
