The letter following my initial appointment to my GP demonstrated that WK had completely understood my complicated background to my knee and was empathetic/sympathetic to my idiosyncratic needs ( no doubt he has had deal with equally awkward patients !)

As I reach the first anniversary of acquiring my new knee I appreciate Ms Scott's professionalism throughout including the pre and post op meetings, also her care pre and post op during the time in hospital. She explained clearly everything that was going to happen and was quick to respond to any queries I had during my recovery at home. Should I need a new procedure I would be happy to avail myself of her services again.
