Fantastic experience from start to finish Dr Neirami explained everything really well From my first visit he sent me for mri Explained the problem Had me in for a test treatment within 2 weeks he then had me back to check results and gave me another procedure that after 2 weeks the difference is unbelievable the movement I have back and the pain free life I would highly recommend dr Neirami to everyone

Absolutely amazing from bed side manner to him having understanding I was very nervous when having treatment Nikhil spoke to me reassured me explained every step of the way about what he was doing next. Nikhil has given me my life back, he listened to my concerns, before him I felt this was my life struggling to walk, falling on so many consultants deaf ears.
