Mr George Ampat

Mr. George Ampat is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with over two decades of experience. He has dedicated himself to providing orthopaedic and spinal care with a focus on minimal surgical intervention to improve his patients' health. He offers his services to private patients at various locations, including the Bloomsbury Osteopath Practice in London, Pall Mall Medical in Manchester, Pall Mall Medical in Liverpool and Free From Pain in Southport.

Mr. Ampat earned his medical degree in India in 1986. He went on to further his education and training, eventually obtaining fellowship recognition from the Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow. Throughout his career, Mr. Ampat has prioritised finding non-surgical solutions to his patients' issues, aiming to minimise risks associated with surgery. He currently serves as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Liverpool University Hospitals and also provides private consultations in Southport, Liverpool, Manchester, and London. Additionally, he is involved in teaching at the School of Medicine, University of Liverpool.

Recognising that many cases of spinal and other musculoskeletal issues, are not typically serious, Mr. Ampat approaches each patient's condition with a detailed consultation and a comprehensive examination. If necessary, he may request additional diagnostic tests such as MRI scans to ensure an accurate diagnosis and the most appropriate treatment plan.
