I cannot fault the care I had from Mr Eddy and the nurses at the Chaucer Hospital when I had a cystoscopy.

Very friendly, explained the process of Prostatectomy in a professional manner. Mr Cahill managed to dampen my fear and apprehension about the surgery and assured me that he will do his utmost during the procedure to protect the nerves and lessen the post operation side effects on passing ruin and the sexual life. Day before the operation, Mr Cahill phoned and reassured me that I will be taken care of.

Mr Hawary has an excellent bedside manner. When I first met Mr Hawary I was concerned about the procedure. He was able to put me at ease, answered all my questions and fully explained the pros and cons of the procedure and the various options that were available. There was no rush and the initial consultation completely assured me that I was in the hands of a fully experienced consultant.

I was more than happy with Mr Wazait and can highly recommend him. He fully explained the procedure beforehand and was so attentive and caring afterwards, especially after a small complication. He took many calls from the nurses and visited many times to check up, nothing was too much trouble. He even called on the bank holiday Monday to make sure everything was okay, which was really appreciated. The procedure was a huge success.
