Despite my diagnosis Professor PS made the whole experience as easy as possible for me. He explained everything fully and in simple terms. He advised on both preparation for, and post operation. Both credible and reliable PSs level of confidence was very reassuring to me throughout; he always did what he said he would do which is very rare these days. He genuinely had my best interests at heart at all points of our conversations and was always available. I owe huge thanks to Mr Alnajjar for seeing me through a serious/urgent medical condition. He arranged my initial appointment/scans and also did a biopsy all within days. On receipt of results he operated one week later and has followed/monitored my recovery in the 3 months since. A brilliant surgeon that has a really pleasant manner, taking time to explain everything. Penile implant surgery was performed fantastically. I am 100% satisfied and as a result of Mr Modgil’s surgical skill I have healed very quickly. Mr Modgil as well as explaining everything personally- also directs patients to his on line information videos which are filled with useful content. I felt completely informed though out, both pre and post surgery.

Dr Sahai was very attentive and listened to all my concerns without rushing me. He explained the possible causes of my problems in a way that was easy to understand and outlined several treatment options. The examination was thorough, and he made sure to address all my questions. He recommended a specific protocol to follow to prevent further symptoms. He also scheduled a follow-up appointment in three months to monitor my progress. I appreciated that he provided clear instructions and took the time to ensure I understood everything. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my appointment with Dr Sahai. His expertise and compassionate approach made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I had a HoLEP operation performed by Mr Nair on the 8 May. From diagnostic tests through to the procedure itself, he has been extremely pleasant and professional.
