Richard Young studied medicine at Oxford and Cambridge Universities. After qualifying he returned to teach at Cambridge University and tutor at Downing College before starting his general surgical training at Frenchay Hospital in Bristol.

Mr Young went on to complete specialist training and higher surgical training in Hong Kong, London and Belgium working in some of the world’s most renowned hospitals such as Great Ormond Street, The Royal Marsden and The University Hospital, Gent. He was awarded the specialist fellowship in Plastic Surgery, FRCS (Plast), in 2007 and gained his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in 2008 with entry on to the GMC Specialist Plastic Surgery register. Mr Young undertakes craniofacial, facial, body cosmetic rejuvenation utilising non-surgical and surgical techniques in addition to adult and paediatric general plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has a special interest in facial reconstruction from birth defects, skin cancer and trauma. In addition to this he cares for patients with facial palsy. Mr Dariush Nikkhah, Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, currently works within the Royal Free London NHS Trust and sees patients privately in clinics across London including the Royal Free Hospital Private Unit, St John and St Elizabeth hospital, and The Wellington Hospital. He is one of a few plastic surgeons in the UK who underwent fellowships in both reconstructive microsurgery and hand surgery, making his expertise very rare. Mr Nikkhah began his medical education at the University of Southampton, after graduation he went on to do a fellowship in craniofacial research at UCL. During this period, he was awarded an MSc in Surgical Sciences and underwent his specialist training at several prestigious units including Queen Victoria Hospital, The Royal Free Hospital, and Great Ormond St Hospital for children. Mr Vadodaria has worked as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the St. George’s NHS Hospital, London and as an Honorary Lecturer in the division of Surgery at the Sheffield University. Achievements:

Mr Vadodaria pioneered a cleft lip and palate project in a rural part of Rajasthan at India in 2002. He visits India for treating cleft lip and palate children once in a year for the last 10 years. He also visited Dhaka Medical College, Bangladesh in November 2007 to train the local plastic surgery trainees and provide services in the plastic surgery department as part of the Australian Interplast group. Mr. Vadodaria recently appeared in the TV serial entitled ‘Embarrassing bodies’ in Channel 4 where he demonstrated the surgical procedure for correction of the male breast. Mr Vadodaria has also been radio interviewed for giving well-rounded information to the general public regarding liposuction procedure.  Mr Norman Waterhouse, Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, is the Clinical Lead of Cranio-facial Unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. He is world-renowned for his skills in facial rejuvenation surgery.

Mr Waterhouse did his medical training at several highly respected medical schools within Cambridge, Bristol and London in the UK, he also trained abroad spending time in Bordeaux, Adelaide and Tokyo. He then went on to specialise in plastic surgery, being awarded a fellowship in 1988. He was initially appointed as a Consultant in plastic surgery at St Bartholomew's and the Royal London hospital, followed by a consultant position at Charing Cross and St Mary's before his current role.
