I had a very good experience yesterday. I had a problem area in my mouth which was investigated immediately, X rayed and a result discussed with me. It was interesting to be shown my x ray pictures on the computer to help the discussion of treatment.

I was seen by Dhalisha Petel who provided an excellent service from start to finish. Her work was so thorough and professional, I was also treated with kindness and dignity throughout. Thank you to the team and thank you NHS.

Absolutely outstanding service! From the moment I met Dr James Ramsay to having my bloods taken the following morning by Nurse Andrea, I could not fault a thing. Everything ran like clockwork and was explained to me in an easy to understand way, my appointments were on time and I was not rushed so plenty of time for questions!
