I had a very good experience yesterday. I had a problem area in my mouth which was investigated immediately, X rayed and a result discussed with me. It was interesting to be shown my x ray pictures on the computer to help the discussion of treatment.

My routine dental check went smoothly, as it has done in the past.

I was seen by Dhalisha Petel who provided an excellent service from start to finish. Her work was so thorough and professional, I was also treated with kindness and dignity throughout. Thank you to the team and thank you NHS.

I find the experience okay, I must also point out the difficulty in coming down from the upstairs area, too narrow also the treads are the same, dangerous??.

I see Jimmy he’s fantastic, dentists scare the life out of me, but not Jimmy. I really need to say a massive thank you to jimmy, if he hadn’t done a proper and thorough check for possible Oral Cancer with a referral to Ashford hospital (which thankfully I don’t have) they wouldn’t have found that I had skin cancer. And this all started thanks to the amazing Jimmy. Thank you so much.

Other than starting 20 min later than the 10 minutes they said. It was good. I like this dentist a lot.

Very clean and friendly staff. The waiting room didn’t feel like a clinical setting (no triggering information leaflets about cancer, infertility, etc. that are usually scattered around GP surgeries)
