My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Really friendly and helpful.

The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.

Easy to book, good follow up on the day of appointment. The parking was accessible and location was easy to find. There was a range of appointments available so I did not have to wait longer than a week. Fees were more reasonable than I thought they would be for private health care.

Looked after me very well, only issue I experienced was a 4 hour wait for the operation, so I had not been able to eat or drink anything for 9 hours.
