He takes the time to get to know you, what motivates you, what holds you back, what time you have available and what else is going on in life that impacts your performance. He challenges you to get the best out of yourself by recognising when to push and when to support and communicating with empathy and clarity. He will also have a laugh with you and let’s be honest, this training lark is supposed to be fun. Would and regularly do recommend to others.
