About Six Physio Borough

From my first session at Borough i have been nothing but impressed with the care and service I have received. I was on the verge of a steroid injection to manage ongoing issues following a lower slipped disc, and even considering surgery - four months on, my strength and general mobility/comfort has improved hugely. I am so delighted and grateful. The atmosphere is supportive, challenging when needed and always so welcoming. Coming to the Borough studio has become part of my weekly routine. Alex has been my physio from the beginning and has really provided an effective, enjoyable and tailored work out programme. And the whole team is friendly and professional. Jessie-May is always patient with me when we have to find a slot around unpredictable work commitments.
