Experience with Dr Romil-Patel I saw doctor Romil Patel and had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with him. I had a sever eye infection and went to see him for such reason. He prescribed me eye drops for 2 weeks which bleared my vision. As my work involves working with computer entire day - I asked Dr Patel via his secretary to put a note in the letter for my employer explaining this as the prescribed medication would affect my work. He refused to do this for a private visit for which I paid nearly £400!!!! I really do not think that this is a professional approach from his side! He was more concerned to see me in a few days and then 2 weeks so that he would be paid for such visits!

Hospital friendly and clean. All personnel made you feel welcome. Good parking facilities. .

Great staff, very helpful and attentive. Rooms very basic, 70s style, and could do with updating.

Impeccable service, sympathetic treatment by nurses and technicians, tests priced competitively, efficient billing process.

The outpatient, imaging and physiotherapist departments were fine.
