Doctor Awsare is professional, clear in his communication and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.

Bim and her nursing Team were amazing from start to finish. Extremely professional, understanding and friendly, making me feel at ease straight away. Bim listened to my long ongoing medical problem and was able very quickly to help me get everything much more under control and to feel much better than I had in months. Amazing Team, hospital was lovely and very clean. Reception were very friendly. I found the whole experience a positive one and would recommend Bim & her nursing Team to everyone!

Based on initial 30 minute consultation via private referral. Mr Clarke took the time to listen to my issues, concerns and discussed all options and we decided on a plan together. Having previously dealt with many a GP or consultant whom sometimes come across as dismissive and not taken me seriously, Mr Clark’s approach was a refreshing change.

His explanations of all aspects of my treatment were straight forward and very understandable, he has always been clear and unambiguous with is answers to any questions I might have and he has a very effective competent and helpful support team. Most importantly he listen ed to me and understood my concerns and dealt with them directly in a logical and informative manner.

Mr Chow was amazing, he explained the procedure step by step, then when I came in hospital he came to see me and the anesthetist, before my operation, and I've been to see Mr Chow today, 4/12/2023
