Highly skilled and professional surgeon and consultant, a pleasure to deal with. His explanations of all aspects of my treatment were straight forward and very understandable, he has always been clear and unambiguous with is answers to any questions I might have and he has a very effective competent and helpful support team. Most importantly he listen ed to me and understood my concerns and dealt with them directly in a logical and informative manner.

I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable with an empathy for my condition and my anxiety. He engaged well with my sense of humour which helped my anxiety. He also shared a few personal details that would help me in my health approaches. He was very reassuring about the severities of my conditions and helped to all any fears I had by explaining things. I have full confidence in his abilities to successfully treat me.

Based on initial 30 minute consultation via private referral. Mr Clarke took the time to listen to my issues, concerns and discussed all options and we decided on a plan together. Having previously dealt with many a GP or consultant whom sometimes come across as dismissive and not taken me seriously, Mr Clark’s approach was a refreshing change.

Bim and her nursing Team were amazing from start to finish. Extremely professional, understanding and friendly, making me feel at ease straight away. Bim listened to my long ongoing medical problem and was able very quickly to help me get everything much more under control and to feel much better than I had in months. Amazing Team, hospital was lovely and very clean. Reception were very friendly. I found the whole experience a positive one and would recommend Bim & her nursing Team to everyone!

Very good at explaining and understanding

Mr Chow was amazing, he explained the procedure step by step, then when I came in hospital he came to see me and the anesthetist, before my operation, and I've been to see Mr Chow today, 4/12/2023
