This seems to be a well run establishment and the staff are caring. The hospital is very clean too.

The receptionist team was friendly, wait times were short

Excellent service. Only minor problem for me was hearing clearly what some staff said (pitch, softly spoken, not speaking directly to me)

I had been worried for some time and finally messaged One Heart on a Sunday evening. The next day I had a lunchtime face to face with Dr Guttmann., Seventy two hours later I had three tests (CT Coronary Angiogram, Echocardiogram, and ECG). The following Monday I had another face to face with Dr Guttmann. Everything was explained to me very clearly (why the tests were suggested, what they would involve, and then what they meant). A huge worry lifted in eight days. I received more than peace of mind. I was given thoughtful explanations and advice in everyday language, and suggestions for my future health. The staff were reassuring, clearly knowledgable, and answered all my questions. I was apprehensive before the CT, but the staff put me completely at ease. The echo and ECG were explained considerately and in detail by the physiologist. I would confidently recommend One Heart to anyone who is worried about symptoms they are experiencing.

Helpful receptionist, nice quiet reception with nice amenities

I would like to praise Natasha. You will see on my record that I have had over 25 scans. I know what takes away my worries and helps me. Natasha's attitude and help to manage my worries and to listen to me made it easier. I would recommend that she shares her attitude approach to colleagues but also other scans in London. You all are leading this. Trust me as a patient with over 5 years of scans with you and Ch. Mews. Thank you.

Fantastic device and facilities never had to wait for appointments. Friendly staff.

Able to use facilities across the NHS trust so was able to use a cancellation slot at st Mary’s to get a same day MRI . Prefer that support private care in NHS hospitals so that resources go back in to the NHs hospitals

Consultant was great but no one else seemed to know what they were doing. I was sent to one place to book an ultrasound, another for a blood test but initially no one there, then given an email address to book my own echocardiogram. I had to remind them I needed to give info for my private heath care, as they didn’t ask, just took swipe of my credit card.
