I cannot rate my experience with Mr Nick Wales high enough. From early pregnancy up until now (weeks after my baby has been born), Nick was, and is, always approachable, professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. He also has a great sense of humour which helps with anxiety on the day of the birth! I wanted an elective c-section and Nick supported my request completely. I was given my date and time very early on in my pregnancy so I could plan everything prior to and after the birth perfectly. The whole procedure went so smoothly and like clockwork! The entire medical team were magnificent and the one-to-one midwife support in your own room after delivery was wonderful, and I believe this to have helped getting breastfeeding off to a great start and which has continued to go well for me. My recovery has been incredible, I was home after 3 days (although I could have stayed in hospital for longer), and I was doing things quite unhindered when home (being a single mum this was a relief). Nick also comes to check in on you while you are still in hospital which is great and at no point do any of his visits feel rushed. From the moment your baby is born, they stay with you (even when I was wheeled back from theatre my baby was in my arms). This is truly the best way to have a baby.

Angela is simply the best! This was our second birth under Angela’s care and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Mikey made the whole process reassuring. Every consultation was an in-depth discussion about options. It was never rushed and you always left feeling heard

I was vey happy with different treatment options being thoroughly explained to me and felt in control of decisions around my operation. Operation was successful and I felt supported and calm throughout the process.

This is NOT the Dr I saw. I did call vitality to confirm who I was going to see, but it still shows wrong information

It’s been great having Tim help us with our fertility issues. The messages he’s had to give have not been easy but having the facts explained as he did and the options around it have been very valuable. The expertise he has on this subject has given reassurance when the decisions have been so difficult, with potentially huge impact on outcomes.
