I had a really positive experience working with Tim as part of my egg freezing process. I did two cycles with Tim and in both cycles he was incredibly clear, professional and approachable. In my first cycle, we felt that the results could have been better and Tim prepared a different protocol for me after studying the results. I did the different protocol for my second cycle and had a very successful result, demonstrating his expertise but also drive and effort to get the best outcome for his patients. I felt fully supported by Tim throughout the process and the staff as well at Lister, the nurses and teams are really excellent. I would absolutely recommend to work with Tim!

I initially contacted Dr Tim feeling very unsure about the process of egg retrieval and freezing. From the outset, he was extremely approachable, friendly, and reassuring — it never felt like a formal or intimidating doctor’s appointment. He took the time to explain everything clearly and I particularly appreciated his personalised approach; he genuinely remembered our case and circumstances, which made the experience feel very individual and thoughtful. He was never pushy, which built a great deal of trust. His guidance gave both my partner and me real peace of mind and clarity on how to proceed. We later went ahead with the procedure at the Lister, where the team were excellent, and I had very positive results from just one cycle. I would highly recommend Dr Tim as he is knowledgeable and genuinely cares for his patients.

Mr Bracewell-Milnes was recommended to us by another doctor for our IVF treatment, and we are so glad he was. After several unsuccessful rounds at another clinic, Tim suggested a different protocol, which resulted in us having several embryos by the end of the cycle—something we had never achieved before. He also was always available for us to ask questions to, which gave us reassurance during a stressful time. We became pregnant from our first transfer. We first reached out to Tim after two years of trying to conceive our second child. From the very beginning, he was incredibly supportive and shared a wealth of knowledge, no question was ever too small or too much. Thanks to his guidance and encouragement, we’re now 16 weeks pregnant. We truly wouldn’t be here without his help.

We first saw Dr Tim around 18 months ago for a Fit for Fertility consultation and knew from that point that if we did need to have IVF, we wanted to do it under his care. After months of trying, appropriate investigations and lots of reassurance from Tim, we went ahead with IVF and couldn’t have felt more supported throughout - not just with in-person and video consultations when we needed, but also the quick emails in between for the inevitable, forgotten-to-ask questions. Tim has shown genuine kindness and empathy to us as patients, providing a high degree of personalised care which we are incredibly grateful for. Aside from working with Dr Tim we have had an amazing overall experience at The Lister in Chelsea. The whole team from reception, nursing, accounts, other consultants and sonographers (Kerry in particular) have made what is a stressful few months all the more manageable.

We researched quite a few fertility clinics and consultants and specifically chose Tim due to his level of expertise and the research he has undertaken. We are really pleased with our choice! Tim is very down to earth and empathetic. He was realistic about the challenges of getting pregnant for women in their 40s, but at the same time enabled us to remain hopeful, which we really appreciated. Tim was always available via email to respond to any follow up queries we had and he was very quick at responding. Tim's expertise shone through in the way he adjusted medications and approach based on response to treatment, and this led to a pregnancy for us. Tim was also great at responding to queries during pregnancy, which is definitely going above and beyond! We would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring and personable consultant.

Dr Bracewell-Milnes was our doctor for two of our three babies with Lister Fertility. We did ICSI and frozen transfers. His explanations were always clear and straightforward. He gave some personal advice and was humorous. Our Emails were always answered very fast.
