Tim was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and reassuring throughout what was an incredibly emotional and often daunting journey. From the very beginning, he helped keep us grounded, offering hope while also being honest and realistic about our chances. He provided clear guidance and a well-defined pathway forward, which gave us confidence and direction during a very uncertain time. His knowledge, expertise, and experience were evident at every stage of the process. He carefully assessed our situation and selected the most appropriate treatment approach for us, taking the time to explain the reasoning behind each decision. His ability to combine clinical expertise with genuine compassion gave us complete trust in his care and recommendations. His gentle and reassuring manner, together with his ability to explain everything so clearly, made the entire process feel far less overwhelming. Even during moments when we felt like giving up hope, he helped us remain level-headed without ever giving us false expectations. He had a unique calming presence and a genuinely warm, caring nature that immediately put us at ease, especially during one of the most stressful periods of our lives. We are incredibly grateful for all of his support, dedication, and expertise. Most importantly, we thank him for helping bring our little boy into the world!

Tim supported me through my fertility journey which resulted in a successful birth of my beautiful daughter with donor sperm and egg. I really appreciated Tim’s straightforward style. He explained things really clearly and was open and honest about my chances of success. I appreciated his follow up session after each round and he was supportive and empathetic in those meetings. A small thing but I appreciated him remembering my son’s name and always asking after him when we met - it made me feel he took a real interest in me as a person, not just a patient. I have nothing but positive feedback for the support I had from the whole of the staff at the Lister Fertility Clinic and I recommend them to everyone.

Dr Tim is very knowledgeable and helped us with our situation with the best outcome. Always attentive and fast in responding, all our questions were never left without answers.

Dr Tim Bracewell-Milnes did my initial egg freezing consultation and clearly explaining the hospital treatment statistics and success rates in a way that helped me feel informed. From the moment we were under his care my partner and I were impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and optimism. Dr Tim Bracewell-Milnes was excellent during our ICSI treatment. He was very kind and compassionate in our appointment and gave a clear plan that we were comfortable with. He really listened to us and took time to understand our fertility journey and ultimately made a positive plan for the future treatment. Additionally, he was very quick to respond to emails and easy to contact via his secretary should you need him. We were really pleased to be under his care and grateful for the support he gave us.

After a difficult fertility journey, I decided to go to the Lister. Tim has been incredibly kind and helped me through each step of my IVF journey. He’s been so approachable and supportive, going above and beyond what a standard doctor would do. I felt very looked after by all of the team at the Lister, from the nurses to the embryologist. Amazing experience so helpful knowledgeable and clear

We were under the guidance and consultation of Mr Tim Bracewell-Miles for our fertility and IVF. He was everything you would want from your fertility specialist, kind and considerate and hugely generous with his explanations. We were particularly anxious, and he really guided us through, every email or consultation was met with patience and understanding. He’s hugely calm, (which I wasn’t!) but his calm manner really leans into his experience and expertise, we would highly recommend, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
