I have consulted Mr Horgan for over 15 years and at every single appointment, I have found him to be courteous, approachable and reassuring. He is a highly skilled and experienced professional in whose advice and treatment I have always had absolute confidence. Recently, he performed cataract surgery on each of my eyes.
