I was in general very happy but because I have problem to contact clinic plus nobody email me back am not 100% happy after a week my appointment and blood test still don’t know results and nothing which is not right. Don’t think that’s how should look like after private care. Kind regards

Dr. Sweta Rai was extremely unprofessional. She was more than 15minutes late, then rushed my appointment. She didn’t take the time to explain anything, used opaque terminology, threw in a possible cancer diagnosis and then unceremoniously escorted me out of the consultation room and told me to book a follow up appointment to discuss anything else. I will not be returning.

It was pleasure to meet Dr Jennifer Jones. She identified my various dermatology concerns very quickly and made me feel very confident in her diagnoses and approach to treatment The outcome has been good and should I have any problems in the future I will certainly arrange to consult her.

Dr. Akhras was professional and accomadating.

Although our appointment ran late, once I was in her consultation room, she was attentive, thorough and detailed. She explained well and carried out an extensive examination. Lovely beside manner as well.
