Overall excellent regarding staff but I marked good twice because there was only one patient toilet and it felt embarrassing waiting outside the door in a busy corridor overlooked by the waiting room. Also, the floor had a lot of toilet paper scraps on it. Also, I found the waiting area to be a bit stressful as there were only uncomfortable banquette style seating. Personally, I prefer an individual chair and don't enjoy sitting right up close to other people.

SCPH generally was very clean, well presented and created the impression of a friendly, caring atmosphere. My room was comfortable with all en-suite facilities I could wish for. A sole minor downside about the hospital is the lack of adequate car parking

Very good and friendly staff. Waiting time is very less and they always take good care of patients.

The hospital was very clean the staff friendly I was left waiting for 25 minutes for a 30 minutes appointment and then rushed to finish
