Mount Stuart Hospital

My experience at Mount Stuart was extremely positive. I received excellent care and support from all staff during my stay and post surgery appointments.

Outstanding staff and teamwork - professional, friendly, confident. My overnight stay felt like a luxury break!

Very happy with the results from the surgery, however the aftercare on the ward I wasn't satisfied. The lack of and inadequate pain relief left me with unnecessary pain for several hours. I discussed with the ward staff on duty and it was sorted eventually.

Better than expected

Lovely hospital with very caring staff. I felt very looked after during a vulnerable time and am very grateful for the care I received.

Very friendly and clean and I felt well cared for. I have mentioned to Mr Green that I would have liked some post-operative care information to take home with me, which is something I believe the hospital could organise for patients in generic form.

I had a very positive experience at the hospital and would like to thank all of the staff involved in my care. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which made the whole experience much more comfortable and reassuring. I felt well informed at every stage, with staff taking the time to explain what was happening and making sure I was at ease throughout. It was clear that patient care and communication are taken very seriously. The hospital itself was clean, calm, and well organised, and even the food was great, which was a pleasant surprise during a hospital stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better care and support. A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff who made the experience so positive.
