Excellent care

All the staff were friendly and attentive. I felt well cared for throughout my short stay.

The only reason why I rated less on overall experience was because of the car park. Too small and always full. I spent almost 30 minutes to find a parking space and now I’m worried I may get a ticket due to parking hurriedly so I don’t miss the appointment

Overall excellent regarding staff but I marked good twice because there was only one patient toilet and it felt embarrassing waiting outside the door in a busy corridor overlooked by the waiting room. Also, the floor had a lot of toilet paper scraps on it. Also, I found the waiting area to be a bit stressful as there were only uncomfortable banquette style seating. Personally, I prefer an individual chair and don't enjoy sitting right up close to other people.

Very clean and excellent room during my day case stay. Food was tasty post operation. Physiotherapist was helpful prior to my discharge.

Positive and professional assistance from all of the Carers assigned to my wife. Timekeping is outstanding with very few occassions of "no-show" or late appearances.
