This was the second time being treated for Mr Thomas - each time for completely separate complaints. Exactly like the first time, the care provided was excellent. Each appointment and on the day of surgery, time was taken to explain everything and answer questions that I had. Options were always given to me when possible, and fully explained, and I really felt I was involved in my care throughout. I couldn’t recommend Mr Thomas highly enough.

Very professional, I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered with clear information. During the procedure I was constantly reassured and asked about pain and comfort levels. After the procedure everything was clearly explained about what had been done and what I was required to do. I left feeling a great deal of care and thought had been put into the consultation and my time in theatre.

I had robotic revisional Anti Reflux surgery (hiatus hernia repair and toupet fundoplication). Mr Abbassi explained everything in detail and I felt fully confident in him. He is very personable, sympathetic and listens. My chronic cough has improved enormously and my breathlessness has gone. It has only been 4 weeks and I feel the best I have done in years.

Dr Khoo is very experienced and treated me with care. The manner in which the operation was conducted has aided my healing process, so far so good!

From start to finish Mr Mukherjee was professional, friendly and has a very good sense of humor. He made me feel at ease and I knew I was in safe hands. He explained everything I needed to know about my operation in detail, he even drew diagrams. My operation was a complete success and I'm extremely grateful for a new lease of life.

He was very knowledgeable and explained everything really well to both myself and my daughter. Taking the time to ensure we understood everything.
